Amanda travels to homes in the East Valley for ongoing physical therapy sessions. Additionally, Amanda travels to most locations in the valley based on an individual basis for intensive camps, as well as offering virtual sessions to families anywhere in Arizona.
Physical Therapy
Free Virtual Screening
(15 min)
A screening includes observations of your child in various positions and parent interview to determine if a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation is necessary.
Physical Therapy Evaluation
A physical therapy evaluation includes a full written report, plan of care, and home exercise program. This evaluation takes between 30-60 minutes depending on the child.
Intensive In-Home
Physical Therapy Camps
This camp is an in-home one-on-one intensive therapy session meeting 3x per week for 90 minutes/day to focus on achieving a specific skill such as rolling, sitting, crawling, walking, and/or jumping. It also includes a 15-30 minute virtual consult regarding camp goals and what to expect at camp.
Physical Therapy Sessions
After the initial evaluation, we will engage in personalized activities with your child to help them meet their physical goals. Additionally, you'll be provided a plan to implement at-home exercises/activities between sessions. Therapy sessions are either 25 or 55 minutes personalized to each child's needs.
Wellness
Virtual Milestone Check
This service is most appropriate for those concerned about your child’s/baby's milestones but not wanting a full evaluation. I'd provide my professional opinion on whether physical therapy is necessary. Milestone checks are 25 minute wellness service.
Virtual Tummy Time Consult
I provide positions and activities to help your baby develop gross motor skills and prevent head flattening (plagiocephaly) and torticollis. Tummy time consults are a 25 minute wellness service.
Head Shape Consultation
The head shape consult consists of measurements of severity of plagiocephaly/flatness and recommendations on how to manage baby's head shape. This is a 25 minute wellness service.
